Whether you’re rucking for yourself\, a loved one\, a friend\, or in honor of someone no longer with us\, this powerful event brings us together to raise awareness for suicide prevention efforts and break the stigma surrounding mental health. \nEvent Day Schedule:0700–0815 – Check-In0830 – Opening Ceremony0900 – Step-Off1630 – Closing & Celebration \nAs we ruck 20 miles through Evanston\, Chicago\, and along Lake Michigan\, we march side by side with purpose—honoring those we’ve lost\, supporting those still fighting\, and showing that you are not in this alone.
