No prior experience is required\, making it perfect for beginners and those looking to reconnect with their bodies in a fun and expressive way. \nDuring the workshop\, you will learn various belly dance movements\, techniques\, and choreography. The rhythmic music and fluid movements will help you build strength\, improve flexibility\, and boost your confidence.
