Through our Employment Readiness Program we help connect local employers looking to hire veterans with our members.
Our program provides our members exclusive access both online (via our Virtual Employment Board) and in person (via Employment Fairs and Workshops), to employers in Chicagoland area looking to hire veterans. We vet every employer prior to accepting their post on our Virtual Employment Board to ensure quality employment opportunities.
We host, co-host and/or support multiple Employment Fairs throughout the year. These Employment Fairs give veterans an opportunity to practice their interview skills, enhance their resumes, and meet local employers looking to hire veterans. Our Employment Fairs allow veterans to get insights into companies they are unfamiliar with, know of job openings and increase their professional networks.
Virtual Employment Board
The Virtual Employment Board allows our members to search and apply for jobs within the Chicagoland area directly through our website. We seek out employers and grant them access to post employment opportunities in real time on our employment board, allowing veterans to review and apply in minutes.
